Error Code E3 after a few uses

After using the grinder only several times, I had an E3 error. I thoroughly cleaned it as suggested in the owners manual but that didnt help. Not happy with the product.

Piece of sh%t E3 error

This is the first review of anything I’ve ever written. I’ve done everything possible to get rid of the E3 error. When it did work there was so much static electricity generated and coffee grinds flying everywhere. Paderno should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't buy - design flaw

I got the E3 error code after 1 month. I cleaned the grinder thoroughly but the error code would not go away so I then thought the machine was defective. I bought a second unit because it was quiet and helped make good coffee. But then, I got the E3 code after about 1 month's use despite cleaning. The Paderno service people were polite but ineffective. They told me to return each unit to Canadian Tire. This is a DESIGN FLAW. DON'T BUY IT!

Not worth even 1 star - garbage

Save your money and time! Buy another grinder. After just 3 weeks the E3 code shone brightly on my first grinder - despite cleaning it weekly! So, I bought a 2nd one because it was quiet and produced excellent results. But then, after 3 more weeks and despite cleaning it weekly according to instructions, the Error Code 3 appeared on the second grinder. I returned both grinders to Canadian Tire, without hassle. It's disappointing when a respected company virtually scams you with a product that does not work.

Don’t waste your money!

Seems like everyone, including myself, are getting the dreaded E code after only a brief period of use. Is there no help to get these appliances fixed? What a waste of materials and money.
